  • How do I adjust the top speed?
    The top speed is factory-set and should not be amended. 

 

Battery & Charging 

  • How do I charge my SOAR City SO + ST? 
    • For convenience your battery can be charged in or out of the bike.  
    • Turn off the bike, and if you prefer, remove the battery using the key. 
    • Plug the Soar charger into a standard wall outlet (120V).
    • Connect the charger to the battery charging port located on the right side of the battery. 
    • The indicator light on the charger will typically show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
    • Charging from empty takes about 4–6 hours. 
    • ⚠️ Always use the original SOAR charger supplied with your bike.

  • Can I charge my battery overnight?  
    • It is not recommended to leave the battery plugged in for more than 12 hours regularly.  
    • Modern lithium-ion batteries and chargers have overcharge protection, but:  
      • For optimal battery lifespan, unplug once fully charged. 
      • Use a smart plug with a timer if charging overnight frequently. 
    • ⚠️  Do not charge the battery unattended for extended periods or in extreme temperatures.  
  • Can I buy a spare battery?

  • How do I replace the battery?  
    • Turn off the bike.  
    • Use your Soar key to unlock and lift out the existing battery from its mount.
